For the autumn collection we were inspired by surplus wool, a new sustainable material available in many colors. When the colors are combined with paper the result is a truly stunning collection. Treat yourself with delicious shoppers or spice up your home with our lovely storage baskets. Wool was also used to make our lovely pom poms in our palm tree bag which is now available in size S. At Mifuko, we strive to be responsible in our material choices and love the challenges that these ecological recycled materials bring to our design work. In addition to the black and natural white wool baskets in our permanent Pamba collection, each season we will offer small limited edition batches with colorful designs.
Following the fair trade practices of the World Fair Trade Organization, these baskets are produced to support women through flexible, safe work and to offer additional income for families and communities.
